Bihar Divas 2011 Sydney Event: "“Bihar Divas” event at Sydney organized by Bihar Foundation Sydney Chapter became huge success. All the Bihari Diaspora celebrated the the Bihar Divas with much joy, enthusiasm and excitement.
Everyone one was delighted to see the reach culture and history of Bihar through documentary films and at the end all enjoyed great Bihar food including “Chokha”
Event started with “National Anthem” sung by children. After the national anthem and chief guest welcome ceremony the “Deep Prajwalan” was done by the chief guest Mr. S. Salee CEO SBI Sydney to formally start the event. Then Mr. Amit Kumar Das, Secretary Bihar Foundation Sydney Australia Chapter welcomed and thanked everyone in his inaugural speech. He also highlighted the various wonderful initiative of Bihar Government, change scenario in Bihar and objective of Bihar Foundation.
